What's Covered

- Filler, cover panel, and toekick fitting
What's Not Covered
- IKEA product defects — covered by IKEA's own 25-year warranty
- Plumbing or electrical work performed by others
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications by others
- Countertop fabrication issues (covered by fabricator's warranty)
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us with a description of the issue. Include photos if possible so we can assess the situation quickly — we reply within 2-3 hours.
Inspection
We'll schedule an on-site visit to inspect the issue. In many cases, we can identify the cause and plan the fix during the same visit.
Resolution
We'll repair or correct the installation at no cost to you if it falls under our warranty. Most claims are resolved within a week.

IKEA offers a separate 25-year limited warranty on their SEKTION cabinet system. Our warranty covers the installation work, while IKEA's warranty covers the products themselves. Together, you have comprehensive coverage.
No registration needed. Your warranty is automatically active from the date of completed installation. We keep records of all projects for warranty reference.
Door and hinge adjustments are covered under our warranty. Cabinets can settle slightly over time, especially in older buildings. A quick adjustment by our team will have everything aligned again.
